2021 Meeting Dates

• Chapter Meetings are open to all represented employees and shall meet 3 times per calendar year and are scheduled for 1 hour. 

• Executive Board Meetings shall be open to all represented employees unless specified; some sessions may be closed and meetings are held on a  monthly basis. Executive Board Meetings are scheduled for 2 hours. 

• Steward Council Meetings are closed to the members who are not certified stewards and meetings are held on a monthly basis.  Steward Council Meetings are scheduled for 2 hours. 

• Meetings for other Committees are held on an ad-hoc basis with the Finance committee meeting at least once per year.

• LMC (Labor-Management Council) Meetings are held between University Personnel (HR), Labor Relations Rep, President, VP, Chief Steward, and BU reps. These are closed session meetings to discuss issues & concerns regarding on-going cases or concerns that impact staff personnel and they meet every other month.
