Deadline for Fee Waiver: July 30, 2010

The deadline for participating in the Fee Waiver Program for the Fall 2010 semester at CSUMB is just around the corner.  Please mark your calendar and submit your forms early to avoid any registration problems or late fees if you have not done so already.

Fee Waiver Filing Deadline for Fall 2010:

July 30, 2010

***Fee Waiver requests submitted after 5pm on the filing deadline will be DENIED***

If you will not be able to meet this deadline and wish to participate in the Fall, please e-mail your late filing justification to Kerri Rivera, campus Fee Waiver Coordinator, prior to the deadline.  Please refer to the attached Fee Waiver Program Checklist for detailed instructions.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

• Continuing Fee Waiver students must submit a Fee Waiver application for approval PRIOR to the opening of registration to avoid a ‘hold’ on their account. 
• You must attach an Academic Transcript/History with your Career Plan Update for all course work completed during the prior semester. 
• Incomplete forms will be returned to the fee waiver applicant for completion.
• To enroll at another CSU campus, please contact the Human Resources department at that campus for instructions and deadlines.
